USI love Tilta products and this compact top handle is no exception, very well built with a very strong nato clamp. It looks good and feels very good in the hands. The only thing that might annoy some people is the 3/8” Arri mount on the front is angled down so when putting a monitor mount on it, tilting it all the way upright isn’t quite possible. Other than that, I think it’s great!
CAThe nato rail doesn’t work with low profile nato rails other brands. The rear most Arri mount holes have the smaller, non standard screw. I wanted to put an Arri mount nato rail back there but it’s not the 3/8”-16 Arri standard. It’s got Arri locking pins but with 1/4 20. So nothing I have works. A bit annoying. Otherwise it’s a comfy low profile handle.
USSo far I am loving it, It feels good in the hand and looks neat.
I have a question. Is it also a 3/8”-16 mounting point in front of the lens below cold shew mount? Wondering about the mounting options for the monitor.
