Introducing the Baby Pin Monitor Mount for Boulder Camera Cart, the perfect monitor companion holds the monitor, powers it, and give pointing options to rig other accessories. This mount uses an industry-standard baby pin receiver, letting it fit to C Stands, most light stands, other supports. Mount it directly to the Boulder Camera Cart through the Baby Pin Stand accessories. With an extra Baby Pin on top, a 3/8”-16 thread, and a built-in V-mount plate, these features elevate this mount from just another monitor mount to an indispensable tool for on set monitoring.
To mount a monitor, the included VESA Mounting Plate supports both 75 x 75mm and 100 x 100mm VESA patterns, allowing most standard production monitors to attach without hassle. After installing the VESA Mounting Plate, the back possesses a V-Lock style quick release mechanism, allowing the monitor to slide directly onto the corresponding slot on the mount. A quick latch locks and unlocks the monitor instantly, to securely locks the monitor in place or release quickly switch the monitor to another stand or cart. This replaces the cumbersome
The tilt axis has a one-way bearing with stepless tension adjustment that handles monitors from 2.2–44lb (1–20kg). To tilt down, press the release button to unlock. To tilt up, just lift the monitor, and once the monitor is let go, it locks into place.
Tilt the monitor up to ±30° and lock it anywhere in that range. To switch between horizontal and vertical, hold the rotation release button on the back side to rotate, making switching orientations a breeze.
The 3/8″-16 threaded stud allows users to mount a wireless video transmitter or other accessories for any necessary components, so that everything can rig in one place with no added parts. You can also stack two monitors back-to-back using the included baby pin and another to the VESA Mount.
The integrated V-Mount plate holds a V-Mount battery that can power the monitor, transmitters, and all accessories from the same integrated setup. Making for an all-in-one solution.
NOTE: To lock securely into the Baby Pin Receiver, a stand’s baby pin must be longer than 2 in (5cm), and a fixed 5/8″ (16mm) baby pin is recommended. The 88 lb (40kg) rating is the maximum vertical payload for the Baby Pin Receiver, and the monitor tilt hinge has a 44lb (20kg) max capacity. With multiple monitors, high winds or uneven ground, use stands with strong support legs and sandbags to prevent tipping.
