This plate provides support for the Sony HXR-IFR5 Interface Unit (external recorder) for the Sony FS700 camera. It includes two ¼”-20 screws to attach the recorder as well as a 15mm LWS rod adapter so that you can mount the recorder on your 15mm LWS rod system.
